The Whistler's Perch - From £1100 Per Night

We couldn't have found a better place for our family to celebrate an 80th birthday! Positive: A perfect location for a multi generational family celebration. The house is beautiful, extremely well equipped, and the facilities are exceptional. The swimming pool and games room were greatly enjoyed by all, and the grandchildren loved playing football and recapturing moments from the World Cup.

The house and annex are immaculate. It’s a fantastic place to gather friends and family in style. Enjoy meals together in the large kitchen, sit and relax in one of the many rooms, or enjoy a friendly ping pong or pool competition. The master bedrooms in each property are amazing, and the others are equally comfy. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, with Stonor Park within walking distance. The jewel for us though was the pool. At 15 metres you can actually swim in it which is unusual for a home pool. Just one thing to note - the main house and annex are not joined. Not a problem for us but just something to note. Hosts were also very communicative and helpful. Thanks Emily.
